How do I log into Tribal Habits?

Once you have completed training in Tribal Habits, a completion certificate may be available to you.

How can I get my training certificate?

Each course provides you with a personal journal for capturing key information and recording notes to refer back to at any time.

What is the journal in my course used for?

Contact your training administrator for assistance with your account, a course or the training platform, when needed.

How can I get help if I need it?

How do I reset a password?

All users have access to their user profile to check personal and training details, as well as access available training certificates.

How do I view my user profile?

Your training contributions (answers to questions, choices in polls) may be shared with other learners on an aggregated basis only.

Are my contributions and answers anonymous?

If you've been assigned as an assessor, you'll have an Assess tab on your learner dashboard which is where you access assigned assessments.

How can I view training I need to assess?

The Forum tab is a way for learners to access all posts from all forums (where enabled).

What is the Forum tab on my learner dashboard?

The 'Training' tab of your learner dashboard is where all training you've been enrolled in, including completed training, can be accessed.

How can I access the training I'm enrolled in or have completed?

The Catalogue tab is where you can locate training that has been made available to you to self-enrol in or purchase.

What is the Catalogue tab on my learner dashboard?

When a learner completes a topic or pathway, they can automatically access a branded completion certificate.

How do learners view completion certificates on topics or pathways?

The Create tab displays training that you are enrolled as a creator in.

Team Leaders (managers) can view the profiles of their team members to review their training progress and outcomes.
