How can I access the training I'm enrolled in or have completed?

The 'Training' tab of your learner dashboard is where all training you've been enrolled in, including completed training, can be accessed.

When you log into your portal, you'll start on the 'Training' tab of your learner dashboard, which will be filtered to see your current enrolments.

This is where you can access all training you have been enrolled in (automatically prioritised based on status).

Notes:

  • Items you're a creator of will be shown on the dedicated 'Create' tab

  • If you have permission to create training content, you'll see a 'Create' button on the 'Create' tab. Speak with your portal's administrator if this option isn't available but you believe it should be.

  • Items you're an assessor of will be shown on the dedicated 'Assess' tab

Enrolment statuses

Overdue modules will appear at the top indicating the number of days overdue followed by modules that are nearing their due date (ordered from soonest to latest). You may also notice solid or blank circles against your modules. These indicate the following:

  • Solid circle = in progress (started or at least opened).

  • Blank circle = unexplored (never opened).

  • No circle = pre-enrolled (this status applies to modules that you're enrolled in as part of a pathway). After accessing a pre-enrolled module, a solid circle will appear.

Filtering and searching for training

  • Completed training - To view training you've already completed, use the toggle to change from 'In progress' to 'Completed':

  • Searching for training - Use the search box on the 'Training' tab of your dashboard to search for training using a keyword.

Other tabs of your learner dashboard

In addition to the 'Training' tab, you'll also have access to the following tabs:

  • Forums (if applicable): Access to forums connected to the training you're enrolled in, if applicable. For more information, click here.

  • Catalogue: A list of training that has been made available for you to self-enrol in or purchase. For more information, click here.

  • Assess (if applicable): Details of any training you've been assigned to as an assessor. For more information, click here.

  • Profile: Details of your user profile in Tribal Habits. For more information, click here.

  • Team (if applicable): Details of any users you've been assigned to as a manager/team leader. Please note, this tab won't be visible if you haven't got any direct reports. For more information, click here.

  • Create (if applicable): A list of any training you are enrolled into as a 'Creator' or if you have been granted permission to 'Create' training. For more information, click here.

Note: Admin users will have a link to the 'Admin' section of the portal. Speak with your portal's administrator if you believe you should have this option but don't.
