Before logging into your Tribal Habits portal for the first time, you'll need login details. These will be provided to you in one of the following ways:
Invitation email - this email contains details of your user name and a link to access the portal and create your password. If you should have received this email but can't find it in your usual inbox, please check your spam or junk folder and contact your portal's administrator if you're still unable to locate it.
Temporary password - in some cases, you may be provided with a username and temporary password. With this, you'll need to access your organisation's portal (typically [organisationname].tribalhabits.com), log in using your username and temporary password provided, then immediately set a new password.
If you haven't received an invitation email or temporary password, please contact your portal's administrator for further assistance.
Logging into Tribal Habits without SSO
If your organisation doesn't use SSO, follow these steps to log into your organisation's Tribal Habits portal:
Access your organisation's portal (typically this will be [organisationname].tribalhabits.com. If you're unsure, contact your portal's administrator.
Enter your user name or email address (often the user name is your email address) into the first field.
Enter your password into the password field, optionally tick the 'Remember Me' box and click the 'Sign in' button.
Note: Only tick 'Remember Me' if you're using a trusted and unshared device.
If you can't remember your password, click the Forgot your password link to follow the steps to reset your password.
If your organisation uses single-sign-on (SSO), refer below for details.
Logging into Tribal Habits with SSO
If your organisation uses single-sign-on (SSO), when you access your organisation's portal, you'll either be redirected to the SSO log in page where you must enter your SSO credentials or, if your SSO details have already been verified, you'll be automatically logged into the potal.
If your organisation uses SSO but you're not an SSO user, access your organisation's portal by modifying your organisation's Tribal Habits URL to include '/accounts/external' at the end. For example [organisationname].tribalhabits.com/accounts/external
If you're unable to log in to your portal using your SSO credentials, please reach out to your portal administrator.
