If you're experiencing an issue with a course or your account, you can contact your training administrator via the learning portal, as follows:
From your learner dashboard, click the menu icon in the top-right corner and click 'Help?' or click the 'Need help?' link below any training you're enrolled in.
A support form will appear, prompting you for details.
Type details of the issue you're experiencing (for example, your question or concern) and click 'Send'.
Your message (including details of your email address) will be sent to your administrator requesting they respond as soon as possible.
