Start here: Your implementation process

Start your Tribal Habits implementation here. Follow 14 steps across three phases to set up your portal, create your first training, enrol learners and review reports. Also useful as a refresher for existing portals.

Overview

This collection guides admins through the implementation of a new Tribal Habits portal. Implementation means setting up your portal and rolling out your first training to your first learners. Once your learners are enrolled and you can review their progress in a report, your implementation is complete.

Implementation is about doing enough to get started, not everything. Focus on an early success first, then build on it as part of your ongoing use of the platform.

Note: We recommend completing the Admin Handbook pathway in your catalogue alongside these steps. It gives more detail on the features covered in each step. If you can’t see it, please contact us.

New to Tribal Habits? Review our Terminology article for key terms used throughout these steps.

Already using Tribal Habits? These steps also work as a refresher, for example if a new admin is taking over your portal or you’re relaunching your training. Skip any steps you’ve already completed.

The three phases

Work through the steps in order. Each article explains what to do, best practices and examples for different sized organisations.

Phase 1: Initial settings

Set up your portal and add your users, ready for your first training.

Phase 2: Initial content

Plan and build your first training, and prepare your staff and managers for launch.

Phase 3: Initial enrolments

Launch your first training, review your results and explore what to do next.
