Overview

Now that you've finalised your first content and communicated with both your staff and managers, it's time to enrol your users into the first content you've created! This is an exciting step and you're now getting close to finishing your implementation.

In this step, you’ll enrol your users into the first content you created in previous steps. This is step 12 in the implementation process (it follows step 11 – Existing data migration). After this step, you’ll do step 13 – 1st reports.

How to complete this step?

To complete this step, follow the process below:

  1. Decide on your user group. Depending on the first content you created and the size of your organisation, you may choose to enrol all users or a select group of users e.g. new starters.

  2. Enrol your users into your first content. Click here to learn how to enrol users into knowledge.

What are the best practices with this step?

  • Whilst other enrolment options (such as self-enrolment or manager enrolment) exist, we recommend an admin enrol users into the first content to give users an opportunity to get familiar with the platform.

What are examples of this step in action?

Small organisation:

Our small organisation enrols all users into their Anti-bullying library topic.

Medium organisation:

Our medium organisation enrols all users into their Compliance Pathway.

Large organisation:

Our large organisation enrols their monthly new starters into their Induction Pathway.
