All knowledge in Tribal Habits can be assigned due dates, which will be visible to explorers once they are enrolled in that knowledge.

How do I set a due date for a topic, article or pathway?

You can send email notifications to learners for your training, optionally copying in managers, admins, mentors and other stakeholders.

You can send notifications, like reminders, for each of your topics, articles and pathways.

Each topic or article provides explorers with access to a journal for recording notes and reviewing contributions to course activities.

Enable a forum in your topics or articles to encourage discussion, Q&A and idea sharing around training content.

The Knowledge area of your portal is where administrators can manage your organisation's topics, articles, pathways and external knowledge.

Each topic, article and pathways have a Settings tab which contains all the notification available in the Notifications panel on that tab.

To update the title or overview text of a course, access the topic or article as a creator and go to 'Settings'.

Admins can enable or disable certificates on individual topics or pathways.

An optional feature for your Topics and Articles to be protected against unwanted deletion.

In the Knowledge area of your portal is where your administrators can manage your organisations topics and articles.

The Pathways tab in Knowledge is where your portal's admins can create or manage any pathways set up by your organisation.

Admins can enable, disable and create customised certificates of completion.
