Overview
The Topic and Pathway Results reports list all topics and pathways, with a per-topic and per-pathway overview of total, incomplete, and overdue enrolments, completion percentage, and any associated categories and skills.
By default, each report shows all active topics/pathways ordered alphabetically. You can reverse the order by clicking the Title column or search for specific topics/pathways using the search bar. In addition, you can filter by:
Knowledge Status: active or archived (Pathways), or active, draft, active and draft, or archived (Topics)
Categories: any Categories that exist in your portal
Skills: any Skills that exist in your portal
Created/Updated dates: dates a topic or pathway was first created and when it was most recently modified
Once you have selected one or multiple filters, click Apply Filters - the list of knowledge will update.

Using the reports
The Topic/Pathway results reports contain data on total, incomplete, and overdue enrolments.
Clicking any number, or the progress bar in the Completed column, will take you to the Enrolments tab for the relevant topic or pathway, pre-filtered - making it easy to drill down into more detail.
For example, if an admin clicked the number 14 in the Overdue column for the topic Introduction to Emotional Intelligence shown in the screenshot above, they would be taken to the Enrolments tab of that topic, pre-filtered, as shown in the following screenshot.
Locating the Knowledge report
Navigate to Admin β Analytics and click the Topic Results or Pathway Results report tiles under the Results report category.
