Overview

The Knowledge report shows all topics and provides information on enrolment and completion results. This report allows you to display your data by different status', categories, skills and creators/library filters.

By default, the report shows details of all active knowledge, however, you can filter the report by:

  • Knowledge Status (Active, Draft, Active and Draft or Archived)

  • Categories (any categories that exist in your portal)

  • Skills (any skills that exist in your portal)

  • Creators (all Creators, specific creators or Library - Compliance and Library - Capability items)

Follow our guide to learn how to save your favourite filters and download reports.

Example

The ABCDE Training company wants to see archived knowledge for a specific category and skill by all creators.

ABCDE Training uses the Knowledge report, filtering on the Knowledge status to be 'Only Archived', applying the required category filter and skill filter but leaving the creator option set to 'All Creators'.
