Overview
The Timelines report provides an overview of events that have occurred within your Tribal Habits portal. Events include activities such as creating, deleting and updating knowledge; adding, deactivating, reactivating, updating and deleting users, user logins; and activities related to enrolments such as creating, deleting and completing enrolments.
Filtering your report

The report shows all activity by default, however, you can filter it by:
Knowledge (topics, articles and pathways)
People (default and custom fields)
Events (various event types related to enrolments, knowledge, user accounts, and logins)
Actions (various action types such as creating, deleting, updating, and so on)
Dates (a selected period of time or custom dates during which the events took place)
After creating a filter, you can save it as a favourite search using the 'Save' button. Favourite searches are available when you click the star button (next to the 'Save' button).
To clear all applied filters, click the 'Reset' button.

The following event types can be reported on using the Timelines report:
User created, updated, deleted, deactivated, reactivated or logging in (including changes to custom fields and data)
Topic or article created, deleted or updated (including publishing a new version, changing visibility from 'draft' to 'active' or vice versa, and assigning or removing a creator, changing due/certified dates, changing next enrolment/recertification)
Topic or article copied within portal, copied from library, copied from templates, imported from library, copied between portals
Pathway created, deleted or updated (including adding or removing topics from a pathway, changing topics from mandatory/optional, changing due/certified dates, changing next enrolment/recertification)
Enrolment created, deleted or completed
External knowledge created, deleted or updated
Report downloads

You can download your report as a CSV file using the download button.
When you download reports, CSV files are generated in the background. Once ready, they can be accessed (and downloaded to your computer) from the Downloads area of Analytics.
Your downloaded Timelines reports will be available to you for 30 days following their download, and are not visible to other users.
For auditing purposes, all downloads are recorded in the Timelines report.

The ABCE Training company needs to know who enrolled a group of explorers into a topic during the month of October.
ABCE Training uses the All Timelines report, filtering by the specific topic they're interested in and the 'Enrolment created' event type. They also filter the report to only show enrolments into this topic during the 1st to 31st of October.
