Overview

The Training History report shows all enrolments and external knowledge for a selected person. Please note, this is one individual explorer at a time.

By default, the report shows details of all enrolments and external knowledge for your first activated user according to alphabetical order. You can change the selection using the drop-down menu at the top-left.

Note: If 'groups' are enabled for your portal, your list of users will reflect any applicable restrictions.

You can also filter the report by:

  • Knowledge (topics, articles and pathways)

  • Categories (any categories that exist in your portal)

  • Skills (any skills that exist in your portal)

  • Progress (the explorer's current progress status: pre-enrolled, unexplored, exploring, applying or completed)

  • Enrolled, due, completed and certified dates (selected periods of time or custom dates)

Follow our guide to learn how to save your favourite filters and download reports.

Example

The ABCE Training company is interested in knowing details of a specific user's enrolments following an incident.

ABCE Training uses the Training History report, filtering by the applicable user and selecting only knowledge that's relevant to the incident.
