Overview
The Answers report provides details of all explorer choices and selections when participating in polls, quizzes, assessments, and matching activities across all knowledge.
By default, this report shows details of answers to all polls, quizzes, assessments and matching activities in all knowledge in your portal for the last 6 months, however, you can filter the report by:
Knowledge (topics, articles and pathways)
Enrolment status (all, current or lapsed)
Date (a selected period of time or custom dates during which answers were captured)
People (default and custom fields)
Categories (any categories that exist in your portal)
Questions (a keyword or phrase from the question asked)
Answers (a keyword or phrase from the answers received)
Labels (the label you provide for polls and quizzes when creating them)
Elements (the type of element which answers were captured from: Assessment, Match, Poll, Quiz, or Sage)
Roles (any roles that exist in your portal)
After creating a filter, you can save it as a favourite search using the 'Save Search' button. Favourite searches are available when you click the star button (next to the 'Save Search' button).
To clear all applied filters, click the 'Reset' button.
Note: Please note as this report shows data by default for the last 6 months, if you have not had any answers within that timeframe you will need to change the 'All Dates' filter to expand the search.
Report downloads
You can download your report as a CSV file using the download button.
When you download reports, CSV files are generated in the background. Once ready, they can be accessed (and downloaded to your computer) from the Downloads area of Analytics.
Your downloaded Answers reports will be available to you for 30 days following their download, and are not visible to other users.
For auditing purposes, all downloads are recorded in the Timelines report.
Example
The ABCE Training Company wants to see how many explorers correctly answered the quiz questions within their topic “Introduction to ABCE”.
They use the Answers report, filtering knowledge to “Introduction to ABCE”.
