How can I view and manage the organisation settings for my portal?

Super admins can view and update portal settings such as primary admin, time zone, language and default landing page at Admin → Account → Brand under 'Organisation'.

The 'Organisation' panel at Admin → Account → Brand allows super admins to view and manage the following settings for your portal:

  • Name: Your portal's name. Note: This field cannot be edited. Contact support for details.

  • Portal URL: Your portal's URL. Note: This field cannot be edited. Contact support for details.

  • Primary admin name: A label provided for your portal's primary admin. This is usually not an individual user. It is the label put on all notifications from your portal (and therefore appears as the 'sender' in an inbox). It would typically be something like 'ACME Training' or 'XYC Learning and Development'. Note: The Primary Admin Name must not include special characters like &, #, comma (,), ; or :.

  • Primary admin email: The email address where we will send any replies to primary admin notifications or emails from users requesting help via the 'Need help?' link on their learner homepage. The email address should therefore be a monitored email address (it can be an individual person or a group email address monitored by several people).

  • Organisation Timezone: Sets the default timezone used for reporting across the portal. By clicking 'Apply to admins' you can set this setting against all portal admins by default. Individual admins can have a different personal timezone specified in their profile by an admin (if, for example, they're based in a different timezone).

  • Organisation Language: Defines the default language for all users in your portal. Individual users can have a personal language preference set in their profile by an admin.

  • Landing page: Determines the page users see first when they log in, by default. Admins can assign alternative landing pages for specific users in their profile.
