In the first Fresh Habits webinar of 2026, Kathleen and Dave unpacked a stack of new platform updates, shared what’s already live, and gave a look ahead at what’s coming up on the Change Log and Roadmap.

A highlight of today’s showcase was the new Requirement element (now live) — a structured, assessable way to capture and manage external requirements (such as licences and certifications), including templated fields, evidence uploads, expiry-based recertification, bulk CSV imports, and assessor review.
Other platform updates included custom email domains, bulk email sending, user impersonation, and assessor enhancements, including assessor logs (audit history) and bulk actions to speed up reviewing and managing submissions.
