When creating topics, there is an option to include the Insight element. Insight elements allow creators to highlight key pieces of information throughout the topic, such as advice, summaries, examples, and FAQs.

If enabled, explorers can also share their own insights within the topic.

How do I access the Insights tab?

In the Admin view of a topic, all insights can be viewed as a list. To access this, navigate to Admin → Knowledge, select a topic, then click the Insights tab. This allows Admins to review popular insights, monitor engagement, or export them for analysis.

What information can I see in the Insights tab?

All insights from the topic will be listed, along with some additional information:

Score: Each insight comes with a score - this score will go up or down depending on its popularity with explorers, as determined by Insight Battles. This provides Admins with an idea of which insights gave the most value to those undertaking the topic.
Type: The particular type of Insight. These includes FAQ, example, mistake, summary, scenario, alternative, advice, and important.
Content: The content of the insight.
User: Who created the insight - this will either be a creator or user.
Created: The date the insight was added to the topic.

Can I download the information from the Insights tab?

Yes - simply use the Download CSV link at the bottom left of the Insights tab page.
