Overview

At times you may need to review certain actions that have been performed specific to a single Topic, Article or Pathway. You can do this by navigating to Admin -> Account -> Knowledge, selecting Topics, Articles or Pathways, locating the specific training and clicking on it's title.

From here, you will see a Timeline tab, by default, this report shows all knowledge, events, actions and for all dates, however, you can filter the report by:

  • People (all standard and custom field filters)

  • Events (topic/article/pathway deleted, created or updated, enrolments completed, created or deleted, user created, deleted, deactivated, login, reactivated, updated.)

  • Actions (activity, created, deactivated, deleted, downloaded, login, reactivated or updated)

  • Dates (a selected period of time or custom dates)

Report downloads

You can download your report as a CSV file using the download button.

When you download reports, CSV files are generated in the background. Once ready, they can be accessed (and downloaded to your computer) from the Downloads area of Analytics.

Your downloaded Timeline report will be available to you for 30 days following their download, and are not visible to other users.

For auditing purposes, all downloads are recorded in the Timelines report.

Example

The ABCDE training company wants to view all admin user events and actions across all dates for a selected topic.

Once they have selected the topic from the Knowledge->Topics page, they select the Timeline tab. Using the People filter to search for only admins, leaving the Events, Actions and Dates filter set to all (default). They apply the filter and they can then see the full admin history for that topic.
