Overview

The Standard Polling report shows explorer feedback collected within a topic’s standard analytics. This includes prior experience, prior training, topic quality, objectives achieved and functions addressed.

By default, the report shows feedback from all standard polls within all topics in your portal, however, you can filter the report by:

  • Knowledge (topics or pathways)

  • Enrolment status (all, current or lapsed)

  • Dates (a selected period of time or custom dates during which the feedback was collected)

  • People (default and custom fields)

  • Categories (any categories that exist in your portal)

After creating a filter, you can save it as a favourite search using the 'Save Search' button. Favourite searches are available when you click the star button (next to the 'Save Search' button).

To clear all applied filters, click the 'Reset' button.

Report downloads

You can download your report as a CSV file using the download button.

When you download reports, CSV files are generated in the background. Once ready, they can be accessed (and downloaded to your computer) from the Downloads area of Analytics.

Your downloaded Standard Polling reports will be available to you for 30 days following their download, and are not visible to other users.

For auditing purposes, all downloads are recorded in the Timelines report.

Example

The ABCE Training company is interested in knowing how much prior experience and training their explorers have on a particular topic.

They use the Standard Polling report, filtering by topic.
