Overview

The Platform Activity report provides an overview of what has been happening in your Tribal Habits portal in terms of active people, the total number of people, topics, enrolments, completions, and the number of hours spent completing training.

The report shows all activity by default, however, you can filter it by:

  • Knowledge (topics and pathways)

  • Enrolment status (all, current or lapsed)

  • Dates (a selected period of time or custom dates during which the responses were created)

  • People (default and custom fields)

  • Categories (any categories that exist in your portal)

Follow our guide to learn how to save your favourite filters and download reports.

Example

The ABCE Training Company wants to review the total number of topics that have been completed along with the total number of enrolments and training hours during March this year.

They use the Platform Activity report, filtered by the month of March this year to view the data they need.
