Overview
The Responses report allows you to view all written responses from all explorers in all knowledge (topics). Written responses are captured via any Q&A and Reflect elements used in your topics (including those enabled in the Overview or Destination module).
Locating the Responses report
From Analytics (all topics): Navigate to Admin β Analytics and click the Responses report tile under the Contributions report category. This view shows responses from all knowledge in your portal by default.
From a specific topic: You can also access Responses from within an individual topic by opening the topic and selecting the Responses tab. In this view, the report is pre-filtered to that topic, while the layout and all other filters remain the same as the Analytics version.
Filtering your report
By default, the report shows details of written responses from all knowledge in your portal, however, you can filter the report by:
Knowledge: topics and pathways
Enrolment status: all, current or lapsed
Dates: a selected period of time or custom dates during which the responses were created
People: default and custom fields
Categories: any categories that exist in your portal
Prompts: a keyword or phrase from the question or activity that prompted the response
Responses: a keyword or phrase from the response
Labels: the label you provide for Q&A and Reflect elements when creating them)
Roles: any roles that exist in your portal

Example
The ABCE Training company wants to view all written responses to questions and activities in their management training.
They use the Responses report, filtering by their 'Management' category.
Can I delete responses to from this report?
In Analytics: You can view, filter, and download responses only.
In a topic: You can also select multiple responses and delete them in bulk (using the Bulk Action button). This action is only available when viewing Responses from a specific topic.
This is particularly useful if explorers have submitted sensitive, personal, or inappropriate information in their written responses to Q&A or Reflect elements (including those used in the Overview or Destination module), as it allows admins to quickly locate and remove this data.
Important: Please note that deleted answers cannot be recovered.
