Admins can create and download a PDF of each topic in their Tribal Habits portal.
This is typically for compliance review or auditing purposes, but it's also useful if you want to review your content in written form or circulate the content for review by people outside the platform.
Your PDF can be the latest published version, an earlier version or the 'Creator Version' which includes any unpublished changes. For each of these, you can also create a learner version that hides quiz answers and feedback and omits quizzes that appear in the assessment.
Note: Only Admins can create a PDF of a topic.
Creating a PDF
Follow these steps:
Navigate to the topic in your Admin portal. Click the 'I want to...' button in the top-right of the page and select 'PDF Topic'.
Select the version you would like to turn into a PDF and optionally tick the setting 'Create a learner version without answers or feedback' option.
โNote: Selecting 'Creator Version' allows you to PDF unpublished changes in the topic.Click Download. A PDF of your topic will start generating.
To open the downloaded file, click View downloads to be taken to the Downloads report.
Click the Download link next to your topic to save the PDF to your chosen location.
Note: Topics created by your organisation as well as topics you have copied or imported from the Tribal Habits library are available for PDF.
Creating a PDF suitable for learner distribution
A learner version is an additional option you can apply to any PDF export - whether itโs the latest published, a previous version, or the Creator version, this option hides quiz answers and feedback and omits any quizzes included in the assessment, making it suitable for distribution to learners.
Follow the PDF export steps shown earlier in this article. After choosing the topic version from the drop-down, tick Create a learner version without answers or feedback to add this option to your PDF.
