Overview
The People Notifications report shows which people have notifications enabled, and which email reports they are subscribed to, including learner, assessor and team leader reports.
This report is useful when you need to check who is being sent scheduled email reports, to troubleshoot if notifications and reports are being sent, or review notification settings across a group of people.
Locating the People Notifications report
Navigate to Admin → Analytics and click the People Notifications report tile under the People report category.
Filtering your report
You can narrow the report using the following filters:
All People: Filter by group or individual people, the same as other reports across the platform.
Notifications: Choose from All Notifications, Notifications Enabled or Notifications Disabled.
Learner Reports: Choose from All Learner Reports, Learner Report Enabled or Learner Report Disabled.
Assessor Reports: Choose from All Assessor Reports, Assessor Report Enabled or Assessor Report Disabled.
Team Leader Reports: Choose from All Team Leader Reports, Team Leader Report Enabled or Team Leader Report Disabled.
To apply your filters, select the required options and select Apply filters.
The report displays the following columns, all of which are sortable by selecting the column heading:
Name: The person's name and email address.
Notifications: Whether the person has enabled or disabled notifications in their user profile.
Learner Report: Whether the person is subscribed to learner report emails.
Assessor Report: Whether the person is subscribed to assessor report emails.
Team Leader Report: Whether the person is subscribed to team leader report emails.
Team Leader: Whether the person is set up as a team leader.
Activated: Whether the person's account is active or deactivated within the portal.
