Filtering your report
Filtering your report
By default, the report shows details of all notifications, however, you can filter the report by:
Subject: a keyword or phrase from the subject of the notification email
To: a keyword value from the recipient of the notification email
CC: a keyword value from a CC-ed recipient of the notification email
Trigger: the type of activity which triggered the email notification: Completed Pathway, Completed Topic, Requested Journal Email, Reset Password, Sent Invite)
Dates: a selected period of time or custom dates during which an email notification was sent)

One of the ABCE Training company's Tribal Habits users says they never received notifications about their overdue topic.
ABCE Training uses the Notifications report to see what notifications have been sent to this user by filtering by their email address in the 'To' filter.

Navigate to Admin β Analytics and click the Notifications report tile under the Platform report category.
