Overview

The Notifications report shows details of all notifications sent via email by your Tribal Habits portal.

By default, the report shows details of all notifications, however, you can filter the report by:

  • Subject (a keyword or phrase from the subject of the notification email)

  • To (a keyword value from the recipient of the notification email)

  • CC (a keyword value from a CC-ed recipient of the notification email)

  • Trigger (the type of activity which triggered the email notification: Completed Pathway, Conquered Topic, Requested Journal Email, Reset Password, Sent Invite)

  • Dates (a selected period of time or custom dates during which an email notification was sent)

After creating a filter, you can save it as a favourite search using the 'Save Search' button. Favourite searches are available when you click the star button (next to the 'Save Search' button).

To clear all applied filters, click the 'Reset' button.

Report downloads

You can download your report as a CSV file using the download button.

When you download reports, CSV files are generated in the background. Once ready, they can be accessed (and downloaded to your computer) from the Downloads area of Analytics.

Your downloaded Notification reports will be available to you for 30 days following their download, and are not visible to other users.

For auditing purposes, all downloads are recorded in the Timelines report.

Example

One of the ABCE Training company's Tribal Habits users says they never received notifications about their overdue topic.

ABCE Training uses the Notifications report to see what notifications have been sent to this user by filtering by their email address in the 'To' filter.
