Overview
The Version Reviews report lists all topics in your portal with their next review date and assigned reviewers (where scheduled via the topic's version management section). You can click any topic to go directly to its overview. This is useful for organisations that want to monitor upcoming internal topic reviews.

Filtering your report
By default, the report shows all active topics, but you can filter by:
Topic: Search by topic title, code, or overview text.
Knowledge Status: Active, Draft, Active and Draft, or Archived.
Categories: Any Categories that exist in your portal.
Creators: All Creators, specific creators, or a (Tribal Habits) Library.
Once you have selected your filters, click Apply Filters.

Locating the Version Reviews report
Navigate to Admin β Analytics and click the Version Reviews report tile under the Settings report category.
Example
The Training Manager at ACME company has some free time and wants to check on upcoming topic reviews for their team. Using the Version Reviews report, they confirm several reviews are due in the next month and identify that some will need to be reassigned to another team member due to upcoming annual leave.
