Overview
The Completion report provides details on enrolments in knowledge (topics and pathways) by completion date. This report allows you to display your data by dates or statuses and has many filter options such as groups, people, roles and categories.
By default, the report shows details of all knowledge, people, roles and by status, however, you can filter the report by:
Knowledge (topics and pathways)
People (default and custom fields)
Roles (any roles that exist in your portal)
Groups (any groups that exist in your portal)
Status (filter by 'Status' or 'Dates')
Enrolled people (toggle between showing the data based on 'Enrolled people' or 'All people' in your portal. By default, data is displayed for enrolled people only).

Example
The ABCE Training company wants to know which of their staff members are overdue to complete their compliance training. They also want to understand any trends by 'job title' (which has been set up as a custom field in their portal).
ABCE Training uses the Completion report, filtering to show just their compliance training with the data displayed by 'Status'. They also use the People filters to view the data according to different job titles, identifying which groups of people have the best and worst completion rates.
With the data in hand, they follow up with the managers of employees who are overdue to complete their compliance training.
