Our library of ready-made training has 100s of existing training modules. Each module is a complete online learning experience (not just a PDF document or a link to a YouTube video), appears in your branding and is fully editable.
You can learn more about our library in this article. Sometimes, however, you might search the library for a topic and can't find what you are looking for!
Can I suggest a new topic for the library?
Yes, you can! If you search the library and can't find a topic, you might be able to suggest that it is added to the library...and we might just build it for you!
What topics can I suggest?
So we can't create modules on every possible topic.
First, our library is for use by all organisations. So whatever modules we create will be available to everyone. This means we can't create library topics on anything unique to your organisation! Instead, you might want to check out our content conversion process for converting your organisation's existing training content.
Second, we need to create training modules that are within our areas of expertise. We tend to focus on more universal knowledge and skills, where information and expertise is readily available. This means we can't create content for a specific industry where we simply don't have the in-house expertise. Examples of this include industry-specific content on medical/health/aged care issues, financial services, some areas of safety (such as chemical handling or working at heights) or other technical issues which require detailed industry knowledge.
However, if you have ideas on sales, leadership, teamwork, communication, customer service, productivity or other similar areas, then we'd love to hear what you have in mind!
How can I suggest a new library topic?
Its easy - just send an email to [email protected] with your idea! Please include as much information as possible, so that we can clearly understand your intent.
Ideally, please link to any content which you feel is representative of what you have in mind - web pages or articles, videos, documentation. That really helps us to define the scope of the topic.
Once we receive your request, we'll be back in touch to discuss further!
