Overview

The Uploads report shows details of uploads from all explorers across all topics and articles. Explorers can upload content to topics and articles when an Upload element is used.

By default, this report shows details of all uploads from all knowledge in your portal, however, you can filter the report by:

  • Knowledge (topics, articles and pathways)

  • People (default and custom fields)

  • Categories (any categories that exist in your portal)

  • Label (a keyword or phrase from the label given to the upload element in creator mode)

  • Uploads (with or without uploaded files)

  • Registration (registered or non registered events)

  • Attendance (attended, not attended and pending attendance)

  • Results (pending, failed and passed results)

  • Roles (any roles that exist in your portal)

  • Date (a selected period of time or custom dates during which uploads were made)

After creating a filter, you can save it as a favourite search using the 'Save Search' button. Favourite searches are available when you click the star button (next to the 'Save Search' button).

To clear all applied filters, click the 'Reset' button.

Report downloads

You can download your report as a CSV file using the download button.

When you download reports, CSV files are generated in the background. Once ready, they can be accessed (and downloaded to your computer) from the Downloads area of Analytics.

Your downloaded Uploads reports will be available to you for 30 days following their download, and are not visible to other users.

For auditing purposes, all downloads are recorded in the Timelines report.

Example

The ABCE Training company is interested in seeing the number of pending results for their uploads within a particular topic.

They use the All Uploads report, filtering by the specific topic (knowledge) and any pending results.
