The Text and Column elements both include a Table icon to help you create tables of data.
In the video below, we show you how you can add and format tables:
What are my table formatting options?
Size. When you hover over the table icon, you can select the initial rows and columns for your table. You can insert and delete new rows and columns as you edit the table as well. The table will automatically resize to fit the width of the text or column element, but it can be manually resized to be smaller.
Header. You can enable a dedicated header row. This will add an extra row to the top of your table, formatted as a header (grey background and bold text).
โTable formatting. Tables are automatically formatted with solid borders around each cell. You can change this to dotted borders, as well as enabling automatic shading of alternate rows.
Cell formatting. Each cell, row or column can have a unique background colour, along with the usual text formatting options (bold, italic, strike-through, etc...). Individual cells also have formatting options for highlighting (red borders) and thick (thicker borders).
