What is the Pathway Results Detail report and when should I use it?

The Pathway Results Detail report makes it easy to monitor learner progress toward pathway completion.

Overview

The Pathway Results Detail report provides an overview of any selected pathway, displaying enrolled, incomplete, and overdue learner counts. Results are also broken-down topic by topic, so you can pinpoint exactly where learners are progressing or falling behind.

This report contains the following filter options:

  • People: Filter enrolments on the basis of standard and custom user fields

  • All Roles: Filter enrolments to people with specific Roles

  • My Groups: Filter enrolments to people within a specific Group

These filters make it easy to drill down pathway results to specific cohorts.

Using the report

The Pathway Results Detail report is broken into Pathway and Topics panels. For each panel, there are columns outlining total, incomplete, overdue, and completed enrolments

Clicking any number, or the progress bar in the Completed column, will take you to the Enrolments tab for the relevant topic or pathway, pre-filtered.

For example, if an admin clicked the number 9 in the Overdue column for the topic Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness shown in the screenshot above, they would be taken to the Enrolments tab of that topic, pre-filtered, as shown in the following screenshot.

Locating the Pathway Results Detail report

Navigate to Admin β†’ Analytics and click the Pathway Results Detail report tile under the Results report category.

Note: This report is also accessible via Admin β†’ Knowledge β†’ Pathways. Select a pathway and click the Results tab to view its results directly.
