Overview

The Goals Progress report displays a table containing all of your organisation’s Goals as columns, with each row representing a user and their progress towards any goals assigned to them, shown as a percentage.

Note: Percentages will only show for users assigned to a given goal: a hyphen indicates the user is not assigned to that goal, while a percentage of zero (0%) indicates the user is assigned but has not yet made progress.

Filtering your report

This report shows goal progress percentages for all users in your portal. You can narrow the information shown by using the following filters:

  • People (default and custom fields)

  • Roles (filter by role if your organisation uses the Roles feature)

  • Groups (filter by group is your organisation uses the Groups feature)

  • Period (choose whether you want to analyse current or previous goal periods)

After applying a filter, you can save it as a favourite search using the 'Save' button. Favourite searches are available when you click the star button (next to the 'Save' button).

To clear all applied filters, click the 'Reset' button.

Downloading your report

You can download your report as a CSV file using the download button.

When you download reports, CSV files are generated in the background. Once ready, they can be accessed (and downloaded to your computer) from the Downloads area of Analytics.

Your downloaded Goals Progress reports will be available to you for 30 days following their download and are not visible to other users.

For auditing purposes, all downloads are recorded in the Timelines report.

Example

The ABCE Company wants to get an idea of how its Chartered Accountants in NSW are tracking towards their CPD goals for the year.

They use the Goals Progress report, applying filters using their custom fields to identify users with 'CA' as their position and 'NSW' as their location, and are quickly able to get a snapshot of their accountants' progress percentages.
