If you are encountering a potential bug or error, our support team may ask you to share a screenshot of your browser error logs. This can really help our team get to the root cause of an issue.
Here's how you obtain those logs.
Go to the page with the problem in our platform.
Right-click in your browser and select Inspect (or Inspector) from the menu.
A new area of your browser will open. You can drag the dividing line to make it bigger.
Click on the CONSOLE tab in that new area.
Reload the page and do whatever is causing the error.
Once you get the error, take a screenshot of the entire page.
Send that screenshot to our support team.
