Unenrol a group of users via a CSV upload
When unenrolling more significant groups of users, you may prefer to perform a bulk CSV upload.
To allow this, each topic, article and pathway in Tribal Habits contains an enrolment code which can be used to manage enrolments (including unenrolments) via a CSV upload.
To access the codes for a specific topic, article or pathway, locate the knowledge (by navigating to Admin β Knowledge and selecting the applicable tab (Topic, Article or Pathway), then change to the Access tab. Under the heading 'Enrol explorers by CSV upload', you will see a code for 'UNENROL existing enrolments' (the code will look something like this: XX-000-00-UNENROL).
