Overview
The Skills Matrix report analyses the required skills attained by each person (as part of their assigned roles) for a selected month.
You can select specific skills or filter people by their demographic information. Future months show attainment rates based on known expiry dates for the selected skills.
Note: This report is only visible if the Roles feature is in use within your portal.
Locating the Skills Matrix report
Navigate to Admin β Analytics and click the Skills Matrix report tile under the Roles report category.
Filtering your report
By default, the report shows details of all assigned skills for the current month, however, you can filter the report by:
Month: a specific calendar month and year
People: default and custom fields
Skills: any skills that exist in your portal
Results: all, current, missing, expired, required
Skill status: assigned or attained
Roles: any roles that exist in your portal

Example
The ABCE Training company wants to know what percentage of their team have risk management skills.
They use the Skills Matrix report, keeping the current month selected and filtering their report by the 'Risk Management' skill.
