The 'Password Reset' function can be used to force a person to reset their password the next time they log into your Tribal Habits portal. This option is useful if you have set a temporary password for a user and want them to reset the password to something unique.
You can set this option via the 'Access' area of each person's profile:
Locate the person in Admin → People and click their name to open their Profile page.
In the 'Access' area (on the 'Profile' tab), click 'Enable' next to 'Password Reset'.
Note: Admins can also reset a user's password when performing a bulk upload (or update) of users by creating a column in the CSV file called 'Password Reset' and populating it with 'Yes' or 'No' accordingly. This allows you to set this option during a bulk upload of new people.
