How can I force a person to reset their password on their next login?

Admins can reset a user's password to force them to set a new password when they next log in to the portal.

The 'Password Reset' function can be used to force a person to reset their password the next time they log into your Tribal Habits portal. This option is useful if you have set a temporary password for a user and want them to reset the password to something unique.

You can set this option via the 'Access' area of each person's profile:

  1. Locate the person in Admin β†’ People and click their name to open their Profile page.

  2. In the 'Access' area (on the 'Profile' tab), click 'Enable' next to 'Password Reset'.

Note: Admins can also reset a user's password when performing a bulk upload (or update) of users by creating a column in the CSV file called 'Password Reset' and populating it with 'Yes' or 'No' accordingly. This allows you to set this option during a bulk upload of new people.
