Example
ABCDE company wants to understand how many attempts it typically takes their learners to complete their new employee in-store evaluation. By filtering the Observations - Attempts report to the relevant topic and Observation, they can immediately see the average attempts figure at the top of the report. Digging deeper into the data, they notice that most learners required two attempts to pass - and use this insight to identify gaps in their training and make targeted improvements before the next round of evaluations.
