Overview
The Topic Auto-Enrol Links and Pathway Auto-Enrol Links reports list all topics and pathways with auto-enrolment links, including their associated settings and status.
Each topic or pathway is listed with the following details:
Reference: A description of the link provided by the user who created it.
Limit: The maximum number of times the link can be used.
Expiry: The link's expiry date, if applicable.
Active: Whether the link is currently active and available to use.
Locating the Topic/Pathway Auto-Enrol Links reports
Navigate to Admin → Analytics and click either the Topic Auto-Enrol Links or Pathway Auto-Enrol Links report tile under the Settings report category.
Filtering your report
Each of these reports contains the same filters, including:
Keyword search: Type the name of a topic or pathway to show matching results.
All Topics / All Pathways: Select one or more topics or pathways to filter by.
All Limits: Filter by all limits, unlimited only, limited only, with capacity, or without capacity.
All Items: Show active items, inactive items, or all items.
All Expires: Filter by all expiry settings, with expiry, no expiry, future expiry only, or expired only.
Once you have selected your filters, click Apply filters.

Example
ABCDE company wants to check which of its topic auto-enrolment links are close to expiring. Using the Topic Auto-Enrol Links report, they apply the Only Future filter to show topics with a future expiry date and identify several links due to expire the following week.

Why are there so many topics listed in the topic report but not pathways?
All topics come with a default auto-enrol link, whereas pathways do not.
