Overview

The Deactivated People report is brief report that contains a list of users in your portal who have been deactivated, along with the date, time, and reason.

There are two filters available:

  • Search box: search a specific user by name, user name, or email

  • Deactivation reason: select a deactivation reason: all, admin, schedule, failed logins, API, or inactivity

Follow our guide to learn how to save your favourite filters and download reports.

More about deactivation reasons

Deactivations fall under the following reasons:

  • Deactivated by admin: This means an admin user has manually deactivated the user from their profile.

  • Deactivated by schedule: This means the user was previously set to be deactivated at a future date (which has now passed)

  • Deactivated by failed logins: This happens where the user has attempted to log in too many times and has been locked out.

  • Deactivated by API: You will see this if you have integrated your portal with another platform.

  • Deactivated by inactivity: You will see this if your portal uses the inactivity setting, and the set time has now passed for a user.
