More about deactivation reasons
Deactivations fall under the following reasons:
Deactivated by admin: This means an admin user has manually deactivated the user from their profile.
Deactivated by schedule: This means the user was previously set to be deactivated at a future date (which has now passed)
Deactivated by failed logins: This happens where the user has attempted to log in too many times and has been locked out.
Deactivated by API: You will see this if you have integrated your portal with another platform.
Deactivated by inactivity: You will see this if your portal uses the inactivity setting, and the set time has now passed for a user.
