What is the Pathway Settings report and when should I use it?

The Pathway Settings report provides an overview of which settings are applied to your Pathways.

Overview

The Pathway Settings report provides a summary of any key settings enabled for the pathways in your portal.

These settings are shown per pathway, and include:

  • Due dates

  • Next enrolment

  • Certified date

  • Recertification

  • Manager enrol/manager unenrol/learner unenrol

  • Tokens

  • Catalogue rules/auto enrol rules

  • Visibility

The report shows all activity by default, however, you can filter it by:

  • Pathway title or code: using the search bar

  • Pathway status: active or archived

Locating the Pathway Settings report

Navigate to Admin β†’ Analytics and click the Pathway Settings report tile under the Platform report category.
