What is the Topic Settings report and when should I use it?

The Topic Settings report provides an overview of which settings are applied to your Topics.

Overview

The Topic Settings report provides a summary of any key settings enabled for the topics in your portal.

These settings are shown per topic, and include:

  • Due dates

  • Next enrolment

  • Equivalencies

  • Certified date

  • Recertification

  • Manager enrol/manager unenrol/learner unenrol

  • Tokens

  • LMS Links

  • Catalogue rules/auto enrol rules

  • Visibility

The report shows all activity by default, however, you can filter it by:

  • Topic title, code, or overview text: using the search bar

  • Topic status: Active, Draft, Active & Draft, Archived

Locating the Topic Settings report

Navigate to Admin β†’ Analytics and click the Topic Settings report tile under the Platform report category.
