Overview
The Topic Settings report provides a summary of any key settings enabled for the topics in your portal.
These settings are shown per topic, and include:
Version
Due dates
Next enrolment
Equivalencies
Certified date
Recertification
Manager Enrol
Manager Unenrol
Manager Retake
Learner Unenrol
Learner Retake
Tokens
LMS Links
Catalogue Rules
Autoenrol Rules
Visibility
The report shows all activity by default, however, you can filter it by:
Topic title, code, or overview text: using the search bar
Topic status: Active, Draft, Active & Draft, Archived
Versions: All Versions, Only published topics, Only unpublished topics
Once you have selected a filter, click Apply Filters - the report table will then update.

Locating the Topic Settings report
Navigate to Admin → Analytics and click the Topic Settings report tile under the Settings report category.
