Please note that our library roadmap is subject to change and not a guarantee of a new topic or within the outlined timeframe. Library topics sometimes take longer to create or we are delayed by external review or other priorities. If you would like to provide ideas for future library modules, please contact our support team.
In Development
New: Cultural and linguistic diversity awareness (NZ). This will be a dedicated NZ version of this module (recently updated with a new AU version).
New: Cross-cultural communication in the workplace (AU). Teaches employees how to recognise and adapt to cultural differences in communication styles, expectations, and behaviours to foster respectful and inclusive workplace interactions.
New: Coping with change in the workplace. Helps employees understand typical reactions to workplace change and develop personal strategies for staying resilient, engaged, and adaptable during times of uncertainty.
Plans for the future
Updates to the Diversity Awareness modules. While these modules are not driven by compliance and regulation, the content has not been updated in several years and some information may now require refreshing. We will also be creating dedicated AU, NZ and Global versions of these modules.

Anti-bullying and anti-harassment awareness (Global) and Sexual harassment awareness (Global). We would like to add global versions of these two modules to compliment the existing AU and NZ modules.
Writing effective emails. Provides practical techniques for writing clear, concise, and professional emails that are well-structured, action-oriented, and appropriate for different workplace audiences.
Performance management for employees. Explains how employees can actively participate in the performance process, prepare for reviews, seek feedback, and align their efforts with expectations and goals.
Domestic and family violence awareness (AU, NZ and Global). Raises awareness of the signs and impacts of domestic and family violence, the workplace’s role in support and safety, and how employees can respond appropriately.
Onboarding excellence: Creating successful inductions. Guides HR and managers through designing and delivering effective onboarding experiences that balance compliance, culture, and capability from day one.
How to read and understand a budget. Introduces non-finance staff to basic budgeting concepts, how to interpret numbers and variances, and how to use budget information to make informed decisions.
Digital wellness and reducing screen fatigue. A new module to complement existing modules on WHS and office ergonomics.
Cross-functional collaboration. Another new module building on existing modules around team work.

Minor update - The right to disconnect (AU). Small changes to account for the roll-out of legislation to small businesses (< 15 employees) in August 2025.
Minor update - Fraud and corruption awareness and prevention (AU) has been updated to version 5.2. This topic has received a minor update to capture a bit of new legislation around whistleblowing.

MAJOR UPDATE - Cultural and linguistic diversity awareness (AU) has been updated to version 4.0. This topic was previously titled Diversity Awareness: Culturally and linguistically diverse. In addition to the new name, the update reflects current statistics, improved language in relation to some issues and the topic is now less Queensland-focused. Please note, this topic has since been updated to version 4.1 to update the disclaimer.

MAJOR UPDATE - LGBTIQA+ awareness (AU) to version 4.0. This topic is now AU-specific and was updated to reflect current language, best practices, and evolving understandings of LGBTIQA+ inclusion. Please note, this topic has since been updated to version 4.1 to correct a minor typo and replace the overview image.

These are comprehensive topics (60-90 minutes each) providing solid awareness and refresher training for workers in noisy environments.

These modules have been updated to capture new Victorian legislation about proactive prevention. Changes for the employee version are minor, but the changes for the manager version are more substantial.
