Overview
The Topic Notifications and Pathway Notifications reports show which topics or pathways have email notifications enabled, and what types of notifications are configured (such as due date, completion, and enrolment).
By default, these reports show a full list of your portal's active topics or pathways. Each column represents a notification type, and a green tick indicates that the notification is currently enabled for that topic or pathway.
The only filter available in this report is the knowledge status filter:
For topics, this includes Active, Draft, Active and Draft or Archived
For pathways, this includes Active or Archived
Example
The ABCD Training Company wants to see whether they have forgotten to apply notifications to some of their pathways. They use the Pathway Notifications report to get a quick snapshot of which pathways do and do not have notifications enabled.
Locating the Topic/Pathway Notifications reports
Navigate to Admin β Analytics and click either the Topic Notifications or Pathway Notifications report tile under the Settings report category.
