Tribal Habits supports Single-Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 for user login processes.

Step 1 - Contact Support to enable SAML on your portal.

Step 2 - Obtain the SAML details from your identity provider.

Step 3 - Go to the Account area of your Admin view and select the 'Configure SAML' button.

Step 4 - Complete the SAML configuration requirements at Tribal Habits and at your identity provider and test your connection with some existing users.

IMPORTANT! Your identity provider sign-on requests must provide the following attributes as outgoing claims for each sign-on (new and existing): UserName, FirstName, LastName, Email. Be sure your outgoing claims are spelt exactly as UserName, FirstName, LastName and Email, including capital letters.
